By installing, accessing and/or using the Datascape Fieldwork mobile mpplication (“Fieldwork App”) you agree to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms”) and the associated Fieldwork App privacy policy (“Privacy Policy.”)
If you don’t wish to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy please do not use the Fieldwork App.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The Terms are dated for tracknig of updates.
By continuing to use the Fieldwork App you agree to the amended Terms.

Datascape is a trademark of Datacom and all rights are reserved.
Data shown on the device and data capture forms are particular to a Datascape Customer and may be used for any legitimate business purpose of that Datascape Customer. Forms may be configured to contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Datacom. Datacom has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services.
Please refer any queries or comments about data shown on the device or data capture forms to the Datascape Customer.
Datacom may check use of the Fieldwork App at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand or New South Wales, Australia (as applicable), aligned with the operating country of the Datascape Customer. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand or New South Wales with respect to any legal action, suit or proceeding or any other matter arising out of or in connection with the Terms or Privacy Policy.
The Fieldwork App stores data that is entered and received on your device. Please ensure your device security settings are sufficient for your needs. Datacom accepts no liability for any information loss or any other occurrence resulting from a breach of device security. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details of which data is stored on your device.
Datacom accepts no liability under or in connection with the Fieldwork App, however it arises, provided that this does not limit or exclude any liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Datacom shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage of any nature in connection with the Fieldwork App, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
Datacom does not accept any liability, however it arises, in respect of any data shown on the device and data capture forms, under any circumstance.
