By installing, accessing and/or using the Fieldwork Test Mobile Application (“Fieldwork Test App”) you agree to be bound by these terms of use (“Terms”) and the associated Fieldwork Test App privacy policy (“Privacy Policy.”)
If you don’t wish to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy please do not use the Fieldwork Test App.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. The Terms are dated for differentiation between updates.
By continuing your use of the Fieldwork Test App you agree to the amended Terms.

Datascape Fieldwork Test is a trademark of Datacom and all rights are reserved.
Data shown on the device and data capture forms are particular to a Datascape Customer and may be used for any legitimate business purpose of the Datascape Customers. Forms may be configured to contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Datacom. Datacom has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services.
Please refer any queries or comments about data shown on the device or data capture forms to the Datascape Customer.
Datacom may check use of the Fieldwork Test App at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand or Australia, aligned with the operating country of the Datascape Customer. The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand or Australia with respect to any legal action, suit or proceeding or any other matter arising out of or in connection with the Terms or Privacy Policy.
The Fieldwork Test App stores data that is entered and received on your device. Please ensure your device security settings are sufficient for your needs. Datacom accepts no liability for any information loss or any other occurrence resulting from a breach of device security. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details of which data is stored on your device.
Datacom accepts no liability under or in connection with the Fieldwork Test App, however it arises.
Datacom shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage of any nature in connection with the Fieldwork Test App, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise.
Datacom does not accept any liability, however it arises, in respect of any data shown on the device and data capture forms, under any circumstance.
